From an administrative perspective, yes. In reality, however, Domanium is unlike a traditional campsite. Our holiday parks are entirely dedicated to holiday home owners, with no high-volume seasonal tourism or constant turnover of visitors. Instead, you'll become part of a community of owners who enjoy their holiday homes throughout the year in a peaceful setting designed as a private residential-style estate.
In most residential campsites, residents sign annual leases with no visibility on what comes next: nothing guarantees that the lease will be renewed from one year to the next. At Domanium, we have made the opposite choice. Our vision is to keep you as a resident sustainably, and our commitment goes beyond the simple contractual framework: we project ourselves with you in the long term.
As is customary in the residential sector, contracts are concluded for a duration of one year. The difference lies in our intention: at Domanium, this renewal is not a mere administrative formality, but a reflection of a mutual commitment to build a lasting relationship.
Our rates are set at the beginning of the year and communicated clearly, without surprises or renegotiation during the year. You know exactly how much you pay, and why.
Both options are available. You can rent a pitch for your own mobile home, or choose a fully equipped mobile home provided by Domanium, ready to move into and already installed within the holiday park.
