Domanium owns the land, develops it and maintains it. You own your mobile home, set up on your plot, or you choose a turnkey home provided by Domanium.
As is customary in the residential sector, contracts are signed for one year. The difference lies in our intent: at Domanium, renewal is not a mere administrative formality, but the reflection of a mutual commitment to build a lasting relationship.
